Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days on receipt of payment.
We ship Monday through to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed and Sunday will be shipped Monday. All our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. You will be emailed confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter on your order. Here at Luna Aireline, we offer: Standard Delivery - Orders are dispatched by Tracked Delivery and most items do not require a signature. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
For Australian & USA Deliveries please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

All products purchased through Luna Aireline are covered by our 30-day Guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please contact us.
Please ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received within 30 days of your order date. We do not accept International shipping returns. While you are in possession of any Product that you intend to return under this policy you shall ensure that it kept in MINT condition & remains un-used.
After you have returned the Product under this policy we will refund your purchase price for the product, usually within two days of us receiving the returned Product. If the item is faulty, please contact us with a description of the problem within 7 days of purchase and we will either send a replacement or offer a full refund.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. In the unlikely event of not being completely satisfied with your purchase, please allow us to resolve any issues before leaving any negative feedback, our aim is to keep our customers happy and achieve excellent customer service.
